2. We follow a made-to-order approach, allowing us to maintain quality and exclusivity. Your jewellery is carefully crafted and dispatched within 12–14 working days.
3. To begin the creation process, all orders are confirmed upon successful completion of full payment.
4. Each piece is meticulously packed with care, ensuring it reaches you safely while preserving its elegance.
5. Once dispatched, your order is delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
6. As every design is made especially for you, returns are not accepted, maintaining the exclusivity of each creation.
7. Exchanges are offered only in rare cases where the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered (to be informed within 24 hours of delivery).
8. Being handcrafted, every piece carries subtle variations in finish or detailing — a mark of authenticity that makes your jewellery one of a kind.
